I agree to be assessed according to the assessment plan as required to meet the standards of the Active Global and Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training (10177.Q3GIPT).
I declare that all evidence that will be produced for my Learner Achievement Portfolio shall be my own unaided work.
Terms of registration:
I accept to abide by all terms and conditions and policies as stated within the Policies page on the activeglobal.co.uk website.
I understand that my course registration for placement upon my chosen qualification will commence upon receipt of registration form, payment clearance and acknowledgement of registration from ActiveIQ as the recognised qualifications awarding body for this course.
