Instead of imposing a rigid doctrine, our framework provides the tools for you to become the standard-bearer of quality education yourself. Our model is a true partnership providing a fully hosted, co-branded, turnkey solution where our interests are aligned with yours. The process to create and design your bespoke diploma schedule typically takes between four and eight weeks. This foundational stage includes initial strategy R&D meetings and follow on consultative design work to ensure the programme is perfectly aligned with your brand vision before your first cohort of learners is enrolled.
A typical course pathway runs for 8-16 weeks. The schedule consists of a bespoke series of 'wrap-around workshops' designed to enhance the core online learning modules. This usually involves between four to twelve workshop days, delivered in stages to provide practical, hands-on experience. We work directly with you to create a bespoke schedule that suits your staff, resources, and operational needs.
As our partner, you are responsible for providing suitable facilities and resources for the delivery of the practical workshops. A suitable facility is any environment where practical fitness training and assessments can be safely and effectively conducted, meeting national occupational standards for types of fitness equipment, such as a gym floor, fixed path and freeweight equipment lines, cardio machines, studio space, or classroom area. As part of our initial collaboration, we help design a schedule that works for your specific operational capabilities, resources and qualification requiremenrts.
Yes, to meet national standards, it is a partner responsibility to provide suitably qualified staff to act as tutors and assessors. If your in-house team is not already qualified, we provide an optional, chargeable training pathway to get them certified. We offer comprehensive, accredited online courses—the Level 3 Award in Education and Training and the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement—to equip your team with the necessary qualifications.
Yes, our management of the Quality Assurance process is a core and required component of the partnership service. This ensures that the qualifications offered are robust, valid, and meet the strict standards of awarding organisations like Active IQ. Our role is to manage the entire Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and External Verification (EV) process, removing a significant and complex regulatory burden from you and safeguarding your brand’s educational integrity.
The programme is designed from it's foundation to be customised. It's a "Bespoke Hosted Academy," featuring a white-label online learning hub that is fully branded to your organisation. We provide digital assets and customisable hard copy manuals for your learners. We work with you to create a bespoke tutor-led schedule, ensuring a seamless, own-brand learning experience across all touchpoints.
Yes. To protect your investment and market position, we grant partners exclusive rights to operate the Active Global Hosted Academy within a defined geographical territory, which is specified in our Partnership Contract. We agree not to establish other direct partnerships within this territory and will refer relevant learner enquiries from that area directly to you.

Upon completion of the Diploma in Personal Training, you'll earn a globally recognised certification. Our accreditation ensures that you possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the fitness industry, both domestically and internationally.
You will receive two certificates upon graduation, a Diploma certificate from Active Global and an e-certificate from Active IQ, our industry awarding body. Certificates are issued immediately upon achievement of all course modules.
Once you have received your certificates, you will be able to use your unique graduation ID to obtain public liability insurance as a fully qualified, professional personal trainer.

If you already have a Level 2 gym or group exercise instructor certification, you can receive credit for some of the assignments and exams in our programme and bypass certain modules. This way, you can spend more time on the advanced personal training topics and real-life case studies.
Important: Before you can receive credit and bypass modules, we'll need to see proof of your Level 2 certification. If you don't have a Level 2 certification, you'll need to complete all parts of the programme.
Our Diploma in Personal Training offers comprehensive training, combining both Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, providing you with the knowledge and skills to excel in both employed and self-employed roles.

How long does the course take?
The Diploma in Personal Training typically takes learners twelve weeks to complete, including all assessments.
Allowing for all modules of learning, live workshops, coursework assignments and final assessments to be achieved, a twelve week pace is based upon each phased module of the course lasting four weeks each, with learners dedicating an average of twelve hours per week to their studies.
Being a fully flexible course, you can extend the learning schedule to suit your lifestyle. You will have one year from date of enrolment to complete your course - providing more than enough time to pace your studies and benefit from your unlimited tutor support to successfully complete your course.
Our course advisors will work with you to design your ideal study schedule before you begin your first lesson - we have a blueprint for every type of learner, depending on your availability to commit time to your learning and attend the live workshops.
Most learners take between three to four months to complete the full course, but you are in the driving seat - pace the course as you need, be confident in your course submissions module by module and work with your tutor to make any reasonable adjustments you may require.
Your tutor will be with you every step of the way for as long as you need during the 12 month validity of your course enrolment and registration.
We understand life can throw curveballs every now and then. If for any reason you require more than twelve months to complete your course, speak with your tutor and see if an adjusted learner arrangement and re-registration plan may be possible for your circumstances.
